Urge the Governor to sign the community college transfer reform bills: SB 1440 (Padilla) and AB 2302 (Fong)
The community college transfer reform bills have made it through both the Senate and the Assembly and are
now before the Governor.These bills would increase the number of students who successfully transfer from
California Community Colleges (CCC) by clarifying and streamlining the process, resulting in more students
being served and succeeding at the CSU and UC.
